Our client is a global manufacturer of premium cars with facilities across the UK. The company employs over 100,000 staff worldwide.
Challenge
We took over the running of the training workshops in 2015 to become the major supplier of personal skills and management training throughout the organisation in the UK.
Project
Following discussions with the client about their values and strategy, we reviewed and updated the content to bring it bang up to date and added our own personality. Our focus was on ensuring every single delegate would take something actionable away to put into practice straight away.

Impact
We are really proud of our collaboration with the organisation and the impact we have through our workshops for individuals (“best/most comprehensive and translatable course I’ve ever had!”) and the business. Over the course of hundreds of programmes attended by thousands of delegates, Kean L&D have averaged over 93% satisfaction rate from participants.
