B2C Distribution Ltd is a specialised E-Commerce Company dedicated to serving niche vertical markets. Working closely with top brands including Musto, Henri Lloyd, Red Paddle, Billabong, Rip Curl and GUL; they offer the very best customer service from a team who have hands on experience of the range of sports covered by the company’s product lines.

Challenge

The company was growing fast and was increasing its headcount by 50% over a matter of months. They approached Kean L&D to support some specific management training and team building requirements.

Project

We focused on building credibility quickly with the Executive Team and on aligning the workshops with the very strong shared values that had been a driver for success so far.

We ran a number of workshops with managers across the organisation – from the warehouse, through marketing to HR and customer services.
